Image Storage Expansion Pack
Purchase an expansion pack to increase the maximum number of item images your account can upload.
Every account has a limit on how many images it can upload (similar to cloud storage capacity). If you have too many items and exceed the image limit, you won't be able to upload new images. An expansion pack gives you extra "slots" to raise that limit. For example, if the base limit is 1,000 images, buying one expansion pack might add another 500.
Expansion Pack vs. Balance
Balance: Used for pay-per-use AI features (e.g. image editing), measured in currency.
Image Storage Expansion Pack: Permanently raises your account's image upload limit (valid for 1 year), measured in number of images.
When You'll Need This
- Your items and images keep growing, and you see a "Image limit reached" message
- You want to take multiple photos of a single item from different angles, but your quota is tight
- You frequently upload images for Item Diaries
- You record collectibles and need multiple high-resolution photos per item
Purchasing an Expansion Pack
- Tap the top-left corner on the home page to open the side menu
- Tap "My Wallet"
- Switch to the "Image Storage" tab
- View your current image quota and expansion options
- Select an expansion pack size and complete payment
Expansion Pack Validity
- Each expansion pack is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase
- The additional image slots are available throughout the validity period
- The expansion quota expires automatically after the validity period
- Multiple expansion packs can be stacked — only the expired portion loses its quota
No. When an expansion expires, only the "expansion quota" becomes invalid — images already uploaded are retained. However, if your total image count exceeds the base limit, you won't be able to upload new images until you delete some old ones or purchase another expansion pack.
Check Your Current Quota
- Go to "My Wallet" then "Image Storage"
- The top shows: Base limit + Active expansion quota = Total available quota
- Below that, each expansion pack purchase is listed (number of images, purchase date, expiration date, and whether it has expired)
Base Image Limit
Every account has a default base image limit, which differs for members and non-members:
- Non-Members: A smaller base limit, suitable for light use
- Members: A larger base limit, plus benefits like unlimited AI usage

Use Cases
Scenario 1: Collectors
You collect hundreds of figurines or models, each photographed from the front, side, back, and close-up — 4 to 6 images each. The base limit isn't enough, so you purchase an expansion pack to raise the cap.
Scenario 2: Heavy Item Diary Users
You write a diary entry for frequently used items every week, attaching 2-3 photos each time to record their condition. Over a year, images accumulate quickly — an expansion pack covers the extra need.
Scenario 3: One-Time Bulk Upload
You're moving and want to catalog everything in your home at once, requiring a large number of image uploads in a short period. Buy an expansion pack to handle this batch.
FAQ
Expansion packs are virtual products and generally cannot be refunded after purchase. Please buy according to your needs.
The expansion quota expires after the validity period. This does not affect images already uploaded — it only affects whether you can upload new ones.
The quota represents the "maximum number of images you can upload," not the "number of images used." Deleting images frees up "used" space so you can upload again, but the "limit" itself is determined by the expansion pack.
On the "Image Storage" page in the wallet, you can see "Used / Total Available." When you're close to the limit, the image upload interface will also show a warning.
