AI Recognition Configuration
Configure attribute mapping for AI recognition so that results better match your management needs.
What Is AI Recognition Configuration?
When AI recognizes items, it automatically retrieves certain information. Configuration lets you:
- Decide how AI recognition results map to your attributes
- Configure which attributes are auto-filled after recognition
- Set recognition rules for different item types
In Simple Terms
For example, if AI recognizes "this is a bottle of shampoo," you can configure it to automatically place it in the "Personal Care" list, set "Shampoo" as the name, and "Household" as the category.
Accessing AI Recognition Configuration
- Tap the top-left corner of the home page to open the side menu
- Tap "AI Recognition Config"
- Enter the configuration page

Configuration Options
Default List
- Set which list AI-recognized items are added to by default
- For example, food items recognized by AI are added to the "Food" list
Attribute Mapping
- Configure which attribute each piece of AI-retrieved info maps to
- For example, AI-retrieved "Brand" maps to the "Brand" attribute
- AI-retrieved "Price" maps to the "Price" attribute
Classification Rules
- Automatically classify items by type
- For example, items recognized as "Clothing" are assigned the "Clothing" cascade category
Per-Type Configuration
You can set different rules for different item types:
- Food: Add to the "Food" list, with emphasis on recording expiry dates
- Clothing: Add to the "Clothing" list, recording color and size
- Electronics: Add to the "Electronics" list, recording brand and model
Use Cases
Auto-categorize during batch recognition
- When using AI image segmentation to recognize multiple items
- Items are automatically sorted into the appropriate lists based on your configuration
- Reduces the effort of manually selecting lists
Auto-fill from barcode scanning
- After scanning a barcode to retrieve product info
- Attributes are auto-filled based on your configuration
- Speeds up item entry
Consistent data standards
- Configuration ensures a uniform entry format
- Items of the same type have consistent attribute values
- Makes filtering and statistics easier down the line
Default Configuration
The system has a default configuration that beginners can use right away:
- AI recognition will suggest an appropriate list for items
- Basic attributes are auto-filled
- You can manually adjust after recognition
Tip
New users are recommended to start with the default configuration and adjust as needed once familiar. Advanced users can fine-tune the configuration for greater efficiency.
