Sort Configuration
Configure sorting options for the item list — choose which sort fields to display and their order.
Sort configuration lets you "customize your sort menu." You can choose which sorting options to show (e.g., name, time, price) and rearrange their order in the menu. Hide the ones you don't need and put the ones you use most at the top.
Accessing Sort Configuration
- In the item list, tap the sort icon (up/down arrows)
- Tap the settings icon in the top right corner of the sort panel
- Enter the Sort Configuration page
Sort Field Types
Built-in Sort Fields
Default sort fields provided by the system:
- Name: Sort by item name alphabetically
- Created Time: Sort by when the item was added
- Updated Time: Sort by when the item was last modified
- Price: Sort by item price attribute
Custom Sort Fields
Custom attributes you create also appear in the sort options:
- Such as "Expiry Date," "Purchase Date," "Brand," etc.
- Custom attributes are hidden by default and need to be manually enabled
- Membership Feature: Enabling custom attribute sorting requires a membership
Custom attributes display their full path to avoid confusion with same-named attributes. For example, "Food / Expiry Date" instead of just "Expiry Date."

Use Cases

If you only use "Created Time" and "Price" for sorting:
- Go to Sort Configuration
- Keep only these two fields enabled
- Disable all other fields
- The sort menu becomes clean and simple
Scenario 2: Put Frequently Used Sorts First
If you often sort by "Expiry Date":
- Go to Sort Configuration
- Drag "Expiry Date" to the top
- It will be the first thing you see when opening the sort menu
- No need to scroll through a long list
Scenario 3: Sort by Custom Attribute
If you want to sort by "Purchase Date":
- Make sure the "Purchase Date" attribute has been created
- Go to Sort Configuration and enable that attribute
- Save the configuration
- Select "Purchase Date" in the sort menu
