Sign Up & Log In

You need a NeatHub account to use the app. Email sign-up and login are supported.

Create a New Account

Open the app
The welcome page appears the first time you open the app. Tap “Sign Up”.
Enter your email
Enter your email address and tap “Get Verification Code”.
Receive the verification code
The verification code will be sent to your email. Enter it within 5 minutes.
Set a password
After entering the code, set your login password (6–20 characters).
Complete sign-up
Tap “Complete Sign-up” to start using NeatHub.

Log In to Your Account

If you already have an account, you can log in in either of these ways:

Method 1: Verification Code Login

Enter your email address
Tap “Get Verification Code”
Enter the code received by email
Tap “Log In”

Method 2: Password Login

Enter your email address
Enter your password
Tap “Log In”

Forgot Password

If you forget your password, log in with a verification code first and then change your password:

Choose “Verification Code Login” on the login page
Enter your email address and request a verification code
Enter the code to complete login
After logging in, tap the top-left button on the home page to open the sidebar
Tap the nickname area at the top of the sidebar to open the member page
Tap the menu button in the top-right corner of the member page and choose “Change Password”

FAQ

Didn’t receive the verification code?

Check whether the email address is correct and look in your spam folder. If you still do not receive it after multiple attempts, try signing up with another email address.

Seeing “Email already registered”?

This means the email address is already in use. Log in directly or sign up with another email address.
