Canvas Overview
Canvas is part of the collection feature, used to visually display the layout and positions of items within a collection.
About Canvas
The canvas feature is only available within collections:
- After creating a collection, you can add a canvas
- Place item images from the collection onto the canvas
- Adjust item position, size, and rotation angle
- Save the canvas layout for display
Note
Canvas is not a standalone item list view — it is a sub-feature of collections. For detailed usage, please refer to the "Collection Canvas" documentation.
Canvas Operations
Adding Item Images
- On the canvas page, tap "Add Item"
- Select items with images from the collection
- The item image appears on the canvas
Drag and Drop
- Drag with one finger to move an image
- Place it anywhere on the canvas
Zoom and Rotate
- Pinch with two fingers to resize the image
- Rotate with two fingers to adjust the image angle
- Use this to showcase the actual arrangement of items
Selecting an Image
- Tap an image to select it (a blue border appears)
- The selected image is brought to the top layer
- Tap an empty area of the canvas to deselect
Saving the Canvas
- After arranging the layout, tap "Done" in the top right corner
- The canvas layout is saved to the collection
- The next time you open it, the previous positions are preserved
Membership Limits
- Non-members can add up to 3 images to a canvas
- Members can add unlimited images
- Non-members can have up to 5 canvases per collection
Use Cases
- Storage Layout: Show the actual positions of items in a wardrobe or storage cabinet
- Display Arrangement: Mark where collectibles are placed in a display case
- Location Marking: Record the physical location of items in a space
