Delete Account

If you no longer use NeatHub, you can request to delete your account and all associated data.

Warning

Account deletion is irreversible. Once deleted, all your item data, attribute configurations, images, and more will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Please confirm you no longer need this data before proceeding.

Before Deleting, Please Confirm

  • If you still need your data, please export your data and save it locally first
  • If you have an active Membership subscription, the remaining time will not be refunded after deletion
  • After deletion, registering again with the same email will create a brand new empty account

How to Delete Your Account

  • Open the app and tap the top-left menu to open the sidebar
  • Tap your avatar or name at the top to enter the Membership page
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and find the "Delete Account" button
  • A confirmation prompt will appear explaining the consequences
  • After confirming, the system will first delete all user data, then delete the account
  • You will be automatically logged out after deletion is complete

FAQ

Can I register again with the same email after deletion?

Yes. After deletion, your email is released and you can register again with the same email, but your previous data will not be restored.

What happens to my Membership after deletion?

Your Membership benefits expire immediately upon deletion, and the remaining time will not be refunded. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, remember to cancel auto-renewal on the respective platform to avoid being charged after deletion.
