List Sharing

Share Lists with family or friends to showcase item collections or collaborate on management.

Overview

Lists support sharing and collaboration:

• Share a List for others to view
• Invite others to collaboratively edit a List
• Set public or private sharing scope

Sharing a List

• Open the List detail page
• Tap the share icon in the top-right corner
• Set the sharing scope
• Generate a share link

Sharing Scope

Public Sharing

• Generates a share link
• Anyone with the link can view the List
• Great for showing collections to friends
• You can disable public sharing at any time

Private

• Only you can view the List
• No share link is generated
• This is the default setting

Share Link

When sharing a List, a link is generated:

• Copy the link and send it to others
• Recipients can open the link in NeatHub to view the List
• Viewers can only see items within the shared List
• They cannot access any other items outside the List

Collaborative Editing

Recipients of a shared List can perform actions based on their permissions:

• View Only: Can only view the List content, cannot make changes
• Can Edit: Can add or remove items and edit canvases

Share Management

Under "Settings" > "Share Management" you can:

• View all Lists you have shared
• Check sharing status and permission settings
• Disable or modify sharing settings

Family Collaboration

• Create a household items List
• Share it with family members to manage together
• Family members can add or edit List content

Team Item Management

• Create a team items List
