Edit Items

Edit items to modify their name, images, attributes, and more. Both individual and batch editing are supported.

Individual Editing

Entering the Edit Page

• Tap an item card to open the item detail page
• Tap the "Edit" button in the top-right corner
• Enter the edit page to make changes

Editable Fields

• Item Name: Change the item's name
• Item Images: Add, delete, or replace images; adjust the primary image
• Collection: Move the item to a different collection
• Attribute Values: Modify quantity, price, date, status, and other attributes
• Notes: Add or modify item notes

Image Management

• Tap the "+" in the image area to add a new image
• Tap the "x" in the top-right corner of an image to delete it
• Long-press and drag images to reorder them; the first image becomes the primary image
• Tap an image to zoom in or edit it

Attribute Editing

• Numeric Attributes: Enter values directly, such as quantity or price
• Date Attributes: Tap to select a date, such as purchase date or expiration date
• Dictionary Attributes: Choose from dropdown options, such as status or color
• Cascade Attributes: Select category levels step by step

Saving Changes

Tap the "Save" button when you're done editing. To discard changes, tap back to exit without saving.

Batch Editing

Batch editing lets you modify a specific attribute across multiple items at once.

Entering Multi-Select Mode

• Long-press an item card on the item list page
• Enter multi-select mode and select the items to edit
• Tap the "Edit" button at the bottom

Batch Edit Options

• Change Status: Batch update item status (e.g. in stock, lent out)
• Change Collection: Batch move items to a different collection
• Change Attribute: Select an attribute and batch update its value

Duplicate Item

You can duplicate an item from its detail page to create a copy with the same attributes:

• Open the item detail page
• Tap the "More" button in the top-right corner
• Select "Duplicate Item"
• Enter the edit page to modify the copy's information

Delete Items

Single Delete

• Open the item detail page
• Tap the "More" button in the top-right corner
• Select "Delete"
• Confirm deletion

Batch Delete

• Enter multi-select mode and select the items to delete
• Tap the "Delete" button at the bottom
• Confirm deletion
