Batch Operations

NeatHub supports batch operations on multiple items, greatly improving management efficiency.

Entering Multi-Select Mode

On the item list page, tap the "More" button in the top right corner
Select "Multi-Select" to enter multi-select mode
Tap item cards to select them
Tap "Select All" to select all items in the current list

After entering multi-select mode, the interface changes as follows:

Selected State: Selected item cards display a checkmark
Selected Count: The bottom shows the number of selected items
Action Bar: An action button bar appears at the bottom
Select All / Deselect All: Quickly select or deselect all items in the current list

Batch Operation Types

Batch Edit Attributes

Modify an attribute for multiple items at once:

Select the items to modify
Tap the "Attributes" button
Choose the attribute values to set (e.g., collection, brand, series)
Confirm the changes

Tip

There is a "Partial Attribute Update" toggle at the bottom. When enabled, only the selected attribute fields are updated. When disabled, the item's full attributes will be overwritten.

Batch Edit Status

Change the status of multiple items at once:

Select the items to modify
Tap the "Status" button
Choose the target status (In Stock, Lent Out, Disposed, etc.)
Confirm the changes

Batch Delete

Delete multiple selected items:

Select the items to delete
Tap the "Delete" button
Confirm the deletion

Warning

Batch deletion cannot be undone. Please verify the selected items before confirming.

Generate Gallery

Display selected items in a gallery format:

Select the items to view
Tap the "Gallery" button
Browse photos of the selected items in gallery mode

Tip

Generating a gallery does not require a membership. Other batch operations require a membership.

Exiting Multi-Select Mode

Automatically exits after completing an operation
Tap the "Cancel" button on the bottom action bar to exit

Tips

Use the filter feature first to narrow down target items, then select all for batch operations
Use "Select All" to quickly select all items in the current list
Before performing batch operations, verify that the selected count is correct
