Community Interaction (Likes & Comments)

Like items you enjoy in the Zola Item Library, or leave comments to interact with other users.

In Simple Terms

The Zola Item Library is NeatHub's public item database, containing items maintained by the official team or shared by other users. You can browse items, like the ones you find interesting, or discuss things like "is this any good?" or "where can I buy it?" in the comments.

When You Might Use This

  • You see someone shared an item you also own and want to give it a like
  • You want to learn about real user experiences with a product by reading comments
  • You have a question about an item, like "is this still in production?" or "are there alternatives?"
  • You want to share a great find or warn others about a bad purchase

Likes

Liking an item shows your appreciation and helps others discover popular items.

  • Go to the Zola Item Library and browse or search for items
  • Tap the heart icon on an item card or detail page
  • Tap again to unlike

Viewing Items You Liked

  • Go to the Zola Item Library
  • Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner to enter "My Page"
  • Switch to the "My Likes" tab to see all items you have liked
Quick Tip

Use "My Likes" as a temporary wishlist -- when you spot something you want to buy but haven't yet, just like it to save it. You can easily find it later from your profile page.

Comments

Posting a Comment

  • Open an item detail page and scroll to the comments section at the bottom
  • Tap the input field and write your comment
  • Tap "Send" to submit

Replying to a Comment

  • Find the comment you want to reply to in the comment list
  • Tap the "Reply" button below that comment
  • Type your reply and send it
  • Your reply will appear as a nested comment below the original

Viewing More Replies

If a comment has many replies, only the first few are shown by default. Tap "View more replies" below the comment to expand all nested replies.

Liking a Comment

  • Each comment has a like icon on the right side -- tap it to like
  • Liking helpful comments boosts their ranking so others can find them more easily

Deleting Your Comment

  • Find the comment you posted
  • Long-press the comment or tap the more icon on the right
  • Select "Delete" and confirm

You can only delete your own comments, not others'. If you find inappropriate content, please report it through the Contact the Developer page.

Comment Guidelines

  • Comments are subject to content moderation; those containing sensitive words, ads, or offensive language will be filtered
  • Please communicate in a friendly manner -- you can disagree, but avoid personal attacks
  • Do not post commercial promotions, personal contact information, or other irrelevant content
  • Accounts with serious violations may have their commenting privileges restricted

Use Cases

Scenario 1: Checking Reviews Before Buying

You find a pair of Bluetooth earbuds you want in the Zola Item Library. Like it to save it, then read the comments to see what others think before making a purchase.

Scenario 2: Sharing a Bad Experience

You bought a cosmetic product that didn't work well. Leave a comment on the corresponding item in the Zola Library to share your experience and help others avoid the same mistake.

Scenario 3: Asking for Usage Tips

You're not sure how a certain feature on an appliance works. Ask in the comments and wait for experienced users to reply.
