Change Password

Change your login password from the Membership page.

Steps to Change Password

• Tap the top-left corner of the home screen to open the sidebar
• Tap the nickname area at the top of the sidebar to enter the Membership page
• Tap the menu button in the top-right corner of the Membership page and select "Change Password"
• Tap "Get Verification Code" — a code will be sent to your email
• Enter the verification code from your email
• Enter a new password (at least 8 characters, must include numbers and letters)
• Confirm the new password
• Tap "Confirm" to complete the change

Password Requirements

• At least 8 characters long
• Must include numbers
• Must include letters
• Avoid simple passwords (e.g., 123456, password)

Forgot Password

If you forgot your password, log in using a verification code, then follow the steps above to set a new password.

Security Tips

• Change your password regularly (every 3-6 months recommended)
• Do not reuse passwords from other websites
• Do not share your password with others
• Do not write your password where it can be easily seen
