Batch Create

Quickly create multiple items by selecting multiple photos at once.

What Is Batch Create?

Batch Create allows you to:

  • Select multiple photos at once, automatically generating an item entry for each
  • AI automatically recognizes item names, reducing manual input
  • Set shared attribute values (e.g., collection, brand, series)
  • Edit each item's name, quantity, and price individually
Plain Language

For example, if you bought a full set of collectibles (12 figurines) and took photos in advance, you can use Batch Create to select all photos at once. AI will automatically recognize the names — you just need to review and fill in any additional attributes.

Batch Create vs. Multi-Subject Crop

MethodBest For
Batch CreateWhen you already have photos — ideal for pre-taken photos
Multi-Subject CropWhen one photo contains multiple items — auto-crops and identifies each
Tip

Batch Create is best when you already have individual photos. Multi-Subject Crop is best when a single photo contains multiple items.
