Monitor item quantities and get reminders to restock when they fall below a threshold.

Feature Overview

Stock reminders are ideal for items where you need to track quantities:

• Set a minimum stock quantity for items
• Get automatic reminders when quantities fall below the threshold
• Restock in time to avoid running out

Setting Up Stock Reminders

• Edit an item
• Find the "Minimum Stock" or "Stock Threshold" attribute
• Enter the reminder threshold quantity
• Save the item

Reminder Triggers

When an item's quantity falls below the set threshold:

• The item appears in the "Low Stock" reminder list
• The system sends a restock reminder notification

Viewing Stock Reminders

• Tap the alarm icon on the home page to enter the reminders page
• Switch to the "Stock" or "Low Stock" tab
• View all items with insufficient quantities

Quick Restock

You can quickly update quantities from the stock reminder list:

• Tap an item to enter its detail page
• Tap the quantity area to adjust the quantity
• Enter the new quantity (e.g., the total after restocking)
• The reminder disappears after saving

Food Stock

• Monitor quantities of commonly used food items
• Get reminders to restock in time

Household Supplies

• Monitor quantities of tissues, cleaning products, etc.
• Avoid running out before you notice

Office Supplies

• Monitor quantities of paper, pens, folders, etc.
• Replenish office supplies in time

Small Business Inventory

• Monitor product stock quantities
• Get reminders to reorder in time

Things to Note

• Only items with a stock threshold set will trigger reminders
• Reminders update automatically after quantity adjustments
• Setting the threshold to 0 disables monitoring for that item
