Item History
Track the history of quantity and price changes for items, including stock-in and stock-out records.
What is Item History?
Item History logs every quantity adjustment:
- Restock: quantity increase, such as purchasing or restocking
- Consume: quantity decrease, such as usage or selling
- Each adjustment records the date, quantity, price, and notes
- A line chart visualizes quantity and price trends over time
Item History works like an inventory ledger -- it records every stock-in and stock-out. For example, if you buy 5 units, log a restock of 5; if you use 2, log a consumption of 2. This gives you a clear view of how your inventory changes over time.

Deleting a History Entry
You can delete unwanted history entries:

History vs. Diary
| Feature | Records | Purpose |

| Diary | Usage experiences and stories | Recording experiences and memories |
History is best suited for items where you need to track quantity changes, such as inventory management. Regular collectibles typically don't need the history feature.
