Warning

Status Colors
Each status can have a color assigned:
- Statuses appear as colored labels in the item list
- Makes it easy to identify item status at a glance
- Use intuitive colors, e.g., red for "Damaged", green for "In Stock"
Tip
Keep the number of statuses manageable — 5 to 10 is ideal to avoid decision fatigue.
