System Settings
Configure the app's language, theme, cache, and other features.
Accessing System Settings
- Tap the top-left corner of the home page to open the sidebar
- Find "System Settings"
- Enter the System Settings page
Language Settings
- Tap the "Language" option
- Select the app display language
- A restart is required for the change to take effect
Theme Settings
- Select from the "Theme" dropdown menu
- Follow System: Automatically adapts to the system's dark/light mode
- Light Mode: Always uses the light theme
- Dark Mode: Always uses the dark theme, suitable for nighttime use
List Total Price
- On: Displays the total price of the current list in the item list
- Off: Does not display the total price
- This setting syncs to the cloud and stays consistent across devices
Cache Management
API Cache
Shows the number of cached entries for attributes, dictionaries, and statuses:
- Tap the "Clear Cache" button on the right
- Clears all API data cache
- Data will be automatically re-fetched on the next load
Image Cache
Shows the storage space used by image cache:
- Tap the "Clear Cache" button on the right
- Clears all downloaded image cache files
- Images will be automatically reloaded the next time you view them
Generally, you don't need to clear it manually. Try it in these situations:
- App is using too much storage space β clear image cache
- List doesn't update after modifying attributes/dictionaries β clear API cache
- Images display incorrectly (blank or misaligned) β clear image cache
Clearing the cache will not delete your item data β all data is stored in the cloud and is completely safe.
Feature Settings
Feature Settings control the on/off state of various features in the app. Tap "Feature Settings" in the sidebar to access:
Image Rotation
- On: Supports rotation when viewing images
- Off: Images display in a fixed orientation, no rotation
- Default: On
Auto Recognition (Automation)
- On: Automatically performs AI item recognition when adding images
- Off: Does not auto-recognize when adding images β requires manual trigger
- Default: On
Auto Background Removal (Automation)
- On: Automatically removes the background when adding images, keeping only the item subject
- Off: Keeps the original image background
- Default: Off
Cascade Show Sub-items
- On: When filtering, all levels of cascade attributes are visible (e.g., "Wardrobe" expands to show "Shelf 1," "Shelf 2")
- Off: When filtering, only the top-level options are shown (e.g., only "Wardrobe," "Bookshelf" β sub-items are not expanded)
- Default: Off
If your cascade has few levels (e.g., only two), enabling this makes filtering more convenient. If you have deep hierarchies (three or more levels), keeping it off makes the filter list cleaner β you can drill down level by level when needed.
Display Settings
Display Settings control what information is hidden in the item list. Tap "Display Settings" in the sidebar to access:
Hide Home Page List
- On: The home page does not show the item list, only the assistant greeting
- Off: The home page displays the item list normally
List Hidden Items
You can choose to hide the following information in the item list:
- Hide Price: List does not show prices
- Hide Quantity: List does not show quantities
- Hide Attribute Values: List does not show attribute tags
- Hide Name: List does not show item names, only images
- Hide Background: Item cards do not show background color
- Hide Status Background: Status tags do not show background color
- Hide Images: List shows only text information, no images
Grid Columns
- Use the slider to set how many columns per row in grid view
- Range: 1-10 columns, default is 3
- Small screens: 3-4 columns recommended; large screens or tablets: 5-6 columns
Display Settings can be flexibly adjusted to match your habits. For example: hide prices if you don't want others to see them; hide names and show only images if photos are what matter most; hide images for text-only management. There's no right answer β go with what works for you.
