Item Details Page
The item details page displays complete item information and provides access to various actions.
Accessing the Details Page
Tap an item card in the item list to open its details page.
Details Page Layout
Image Area
- The main item image is displayed at the top; swipe left or right to view more images
- Tap an image to view it in full size
- A thumbnail strip below allows quick image switching
Basic Information
- Name: the item name
- Collection: the collection the item belongs to
- Status: current status (in stock, lent out, etc.)
- Quantity: item quantity
Attributes
- All attribute values are displayed according to the collection's attribute schema
- Includes price, purchase date, expiration date, brand, etc.
- Empty attributes are hidden
Notes / Diary
- Displays item notes
- You can add diary entries to record usage experiences
Top Actions
Quick actions are available in the top right of the details page:
- Edit: open the edit page to modify item information
- More: expand the additional actions menu
More Actions Menu
- Copy Item: create a duplicate with the same attributes
- Share: share the item for others to view; the share panel can write its share identifier to an NFC tag (device support required)
- Delete: delete the item
Quick Quantity Adjustment
You can adjust item quantity directly from the details page, with two operations: Restock and Consume.
Accessing Quantity Adjustment
- Tap the quantity area or quantity label
- The quantity adjustment panel appears
Adjustment Fields
- Quantity: use the plus/minus buttons or enter a value directly
- Date: select the operation date (defaults to today)
- Price: record the amount involved in this restock or consumption
- Notes: add a note explaining this operation
Restock vs. Consume

Restock means "how many came in" -- for example, buying new supplies. Consume means "how many were used" -- for example, items eaten or used up. You can record the price for each restock or consumption to track costs.
Use Cases
- Skincare management: record the price when restocking, log the date when consuming, and track usage cycles
- Food inventory: record purchase prices when restocking, log consumption dates when using
- Office supplies: record procurement when restocking, log distribution when consuming
Diary Entries
You can add diary entries to items to record usage experiences:
- Tap "Add Diary" on the details page
- Enter the diary content
- Optionally add images
- Save the diary entry
Purpose of Diary Entries
- Record usage, maintenance, and repair history
- Record lending and return situations
- Record important events related to the item
Related Items
You can view and set up relationships with other items:
- Similar Items: automatically matched items with similar appearance
- Related Items: manually set relationships, such as accessories, sets, etc.
Setting Up Relations
- Tap "Add Relation"
- Search for or select the item to relate
- Choose the relation type (accessory, set, alternative, etc.)
- Save the relation
Item History
You can view the modification history of an item:
- View when the item was created
- View past modification records
- View quantity change records
The information displayed and available actions on the details page may vary depending on the collection's configuration.
