Create a List

Create Lists based on your needs to group and display items.

Steps to Create

Tap the "Lists" icon in the top toolbar on the home page
Enter the Lists page
Tap the "+" button in the bottom-right corner
Enter a List name and notes
Save the List

Basic List Information

When creating a List, you need to fill in:

Name: The List name, e.g. "Wardrobe," "Travel Items," "Collection Showcase"
Notes: A description of the List (optional)

Adding Items to a List

After creating a List, you can add items from your item library:

Open the List detail page
Tap the "Add Item" button
Select items from the item list to add
Items appear in the List

Note

Items added to a List remain in your item library -- they are not moved or copied. The same item can be in multiple Lists at the same time.

Adding a Canvas

Lists support canvases for visually displaying item positions:

Open the List detail page
Tap the "Add Canvas" button
Enter the canvas editing view
Select items from the List to place on the canvas
Adjust item positions and layout
Save the canvas

Tip

The canvas feature is ideal for scenarios where you need to show the physical positions of items, such as wardrobe layouts or display cabinet arrangements. Regular Lists do not need a canvas.

Editing a List

You can modify a List at any time after creation:

Open the List detail page
Tap the menu in the top-right corner
Select "Edit List"
Modify the name or notes
Save changes

Deleting a List

Open the List detail page
Tap the menu in the top-right corner
Select "Delete"
Confirm deletion

Note

Deleting a List does not delete the items within it. Items remain in your item library.

List View Options

The Lists page supports two view modes:

List View: Displays Lists in a list format
Grid View: Displays Lists as grid cards
Tap the icon in the top-right corner to switch views

Use Cases

Storage Management

Create a List for each storage space
E.g. "Wardrobe," "Bookshelf," "Storage Cabinet"
Add all items in that space

Scenario-Based Items

Create item Lists for specific scenarios
E.g. "Travel Items," "Gym Gear," "Office Supplies"
Quickly view and check items

Collection Showcase

Create a showcase List for collectibles
E.g. "Figure Collection," "Book Collection"
Share with friends to show off

Project Management

Create an item List for a project
E.g. "Renovation Materials," "Camping Gear"
Track items needed for the project
